If the patching service can be carried out, this is the best and most cost effective solution, however the problem may have gone past this stage and so then Re-lining is the best option. There is no disruption to the environment by digging. A simple insulation tube or liner is placed inside the original tube. Drain 365 offers the latest in no dig sewer rehabilitation via the latest patch lining system it provides a quick and often less disruptive method of drain repair than excavation works. Patch liners are used to repair localised damage. This method involves placing a piece of resin impregnated glass fibre matting onto an elongated inflatable bladder and guiding into place with a CCTV camera, once in position the bladder is inflated and held in place till the curing process is complete leaving a permanent and watertight repair. Repairs can be made to most pipe materials with sizes ranging from 100mm diameter through to 600mm diameter
The liner traverses round bends following the precise contours of the host pipe. Once in position the resin sets bonding the liner to the pipe walls. Fractures and open joints are sealed increasing pipe strength and eliminating the chances of smells and leaks.
